Are the Thangkas real?
Yes, our Thangkas are real and of high quality. All of our Thangkas are hand-painted by Tibetan Thangka painters using natural mineral pigments to ensure the vividness of colors and images.
Are the Thangkas blessed?
Yes. After the painters finish the drawing, our Thangka will be sent to the masters in Tibet for blessings before being delivered to you.
What's special about your products?

Order and Payment
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. However, cash on delivery and bank payment are NOT available.
Which currency are you using on your website?
Our store can display multiple currencies for a better shopping experience. However, the default checkout currency is US Dollars. If you are checking out with another currency, your bank will convert the amount to your currency based on the current foreign exchange rate. You may see the equivalent amount by selecting your currency from the dropdown.
What should I do if I want to change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel any order as long as the products are not shipped. Once the products are shipped, we can not change or cancel your order as it is now in the hands of our carriers.
Therefore, after you place an order, if you really need to change or cancel your order, please contact us through email or customer service as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?
If you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. The order confirmation email was sent to the email address, which you used for your order. Then if the item is shipped, you also will immediately receive a shipping email.

How long is the shipping time?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Why is my shipment status unchanged?
While we aim to provide as close to real-time information as possible, tracking from our carriers does not always update in real-time. Please do not be alarmed if you see a delay between when the label is created, when you receive your tracking number, and when tracking goes live.
If your shipment is delayed due to weather or other carrier delays, rest assured that your order will be delivered!
